Therapy offers a dedicated space to explore your life experiences, uncover unconscious patterns, and better understand your thoughts and coping strategies. Through this collaborative process, deep growth and healing become possible.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes, and couples sessions are 55 minutes. While weekly sessions are recommended to maintain momentum and depth, I do have limited spots available for biweekly sessions to fit your needs.
Please note: I am licensed in New York, and clients must be physically located in NY state at the time of their session.

I am an out-of-network provider who accepts out-of-network insurance benefits and can submit claims on your behalf. This means you will pay out of pocket for each session, and based on your insurance plan and OON benefits, a portion of the fee may be reimbursed. Many clients receive up to 80% reimbursement on sessions, making therapy more affordable and accessible.
If you would like to review an estimate of your per-session reimbursement, please reach out using the form below with your name, DOB, insurance provider, and member ID. Alternatively, you can call your insurance to confirm your out-of-network benefits.

Clients are allowed to miss up to 4 sessions per year, excluding federal holidays, rescheduling the session, and the therapist’s scheduled vacation time. If more than 4 sessions are missed within the year, clients will be charged for any subsequent missed sessions. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice or no notice to cancel a session ("no show"), you will also be charged for the session.
